Step 1: Arrange a registration appointment online here
Step 2: Bring completed registration forms and required documents to the registration appointment (see below)
What do we need from you?
Documents (in the original):
- the child’s birth certificate
- Passport or identity card
- Custody documents, if applicable
- Elementary school report (at least the report of the 4th grade, 1st semester)
- School type recommendation from the elementary school
- Enrollment certificate from the elementary school
- Registration certificate to be returned to the elementary school
Note: Please present the original documents and a copy at the registration appointment – as well as the completed registration form as a printout.
