MUSIC CLASS
The music class is a special teaching model in grades 5 and 6. If you started learning an instrument at primary school age, the music class is the right place for you. Above all, the music class gives you the opportunity to play in a class orchestra.
To make this possible, the subject “Music” is supplemented by one lesson per week. In two lessons you will make music in the classroom, and in teh third lesson you will learn about music.
Both practice and theory remain closely related. Making music together with others will be fun for you and will help you personally. You learn to play music together with others, to listen to each other, to be considerate and to organize yourself in the group. you gain more and more security and self-confidence in the use of your instrument.
You will find a sense of achievement in the performances at various concerts and events inside and outside the school.
After your time in the music class, you can easily switch to our school’s mixed orchestra at the beginning of the seventh grade.
