Social Caring
You should know: In our school we attach great importance to good, understanding and respectful cooperation. We see ourselves as a colorfully mixed community in which everyone should feel welcome. We experience differences as diversity and diversity as an enrichment for our school life.
In our school there is an agreement (LINK). It regulates how we want to, and should, deal with each other. Everyone who attends our school accepts this agreement with his/her signature. It obliges you to treat your classmates and the property of others with respect
That is why we see the sum of all that our school offers as an opportunity to promote and cultivate this respectful approach.
In this context, there are many possibilities:
- in the pupils` council
- with “Pupils Help Pupils”
- active participation in the working group “School without Racism”,
- with you as a mediator
- with you trained and active as a school paramedic,
- work in a social project as part of the internship
- participation in fundraising campaigns for the work of the “Sisters of Mother Teresa” here in Essen
- to actively participate in the one-week ecumenical social project in LIPOVA/Romania (LINK) by doing something for other people who depend on our support.
