You belong to a generation of students growing up with digital technology. Smartphone, computer, laptop and Internet allow you quick contact with friends, comprehensive communication with people all over the world and access to a wide variety of information systems.

Today, digital technology has an impact on us in all areas of life – including at school. Here you will learn how to use this technology. You understand how it works. You use it practically in class. And you think critically about the dangers posed to us humans by this technology.
At CHG, we will provide you with an iPad on loan until you graduate from high school. You’ll learn how to the iPad to work together in class. Later you will also use it to write class tests and exams. Using ceiling projectors and digital boards in the classrooms and with the use of Apple TVs, you will digitally present the results of the learning group in class or work with others on joint digital projects from home.
In addition, you will be able to communicate and coordinate with others at any time by e-mail or video conference via our communication and learning platforms LOGINEO, MOODLE and Microsoft TEAMS. You will receive your own e-mail address from us.
Mr. Baukrowitz – our school’s IT specialist – will accompany and advise you on all questions and technical problems relating to the digital technology we use at the school.
This means that you will be well networked at our school in the future.
